Speculation: Ford RWD Police Interceptor

How would you hide a Interceptor like sedan for testing in order for a '11 release? Or would something like that be just a daydream?

I am thinking we will see a mustang, a Taurus or Panther with police colors sometime early 2010 or in heay Camo.
I do not think Ford is going to throw too much money this way.

Unless they are retooling to build falcon in North America.

&
2 EcoBoost engines from what I've read:
2.0EB = 250+HP
3.5EB = 360ishHP
so will be able to fill patrol & interceptor roles

I can't really say anymore than I already have, but BOF is dead except for trucks and the only way to make a cost effective PI is to base it on a high volume current production vehicle, like they did with the Crown Vic.

Its probably an AWD vehicle to give it RWD characteristics, its got to be rugged enough for police duty, probably well calibrated for RWD bias over FWD, a V8, is probably what the police want..
If the Explorer is keeping its V8 option, 2b2 might be on to something here...

I hope we can see something in Detroit?
